What you’ll be doing:
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Proactively creating new business opportunities and shaping your client portfolio
- Managing full 360 recruitment processes for a diverse commercial client base
- Writing engaging, human job adverts that reflect our clients values
- Sourcing top talent across platforms - creatively, not just reactively
- Advising clients on market insights, salaries, and hiring strategy
- Creating polished shortlists and candidate packs
- Growing your personal brand on LinkedIn (we’ll support you - not force you)
- Contributing to blogs, videos, or insights if you enjoy content
- Attending networking events and client meetings
- Supporting and co-hosting HR‑focused events with Precept HR

About You
- Recruitment experience (agency or internal), but commercial agency experience is ideal
- Confident, consultative, and energised by building client relationships
- Passionate about delivering a brilliant experience for candidates and clients
- Proactive, organised, tech-savvy, and commercially minded
- Excited by autonomy and the chance to influence a growing business
- Full UK driving licence required
