We want to keep you informed about opportunities and insights in a way that respects your choices. This page explains how we use your details for job alerts, newsletters, and client communications, and how you can control them.
Channels and legal bases:
- Job alerts (candidates): We send role alerts by electronic mail (e.g., email or SMS) only with your consent, unless the 'soft opt-in' applies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Newsletters: For newsletters and insights sent by email, we rely on consent.
- Client communications (B2B): For contact with corporate subscribers about services and events, we may rely on legitimate interests and always include a simple opt-out.
Opt-out, suppression lists and frequency:
If you opt out of marketing, we add your contact details to a suppression list to ensure you are not messaged again, while retaining minimal data to honour your request.
Cookies and tracking for marketing:
We use essential cookies to make the Site work and functional cookies to remember preferences. We will only use non-essential tracking (e.g., marketing pixels) with your consent.
Your rights:
You have the right to object to direct marketing and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction as set out in our Privacy Notice.
