The Briefing 

It all starts with a conversation.  We take the time to understand your business, your team, your culture and where this role fits into your future plans.  We’ll explore the line manager’s style, team dynamics, development opportunities, and the challenges the role might face.  If we can meet face-to-face and see the environment - even better.  Together, we’ll build a timeline and map out the interview process from start to finish. 

Role & Reach 

We’ll make sure the job description and package align with the brief, then craft compelling adverts to share across our trusted platforms - LinkedIn, Reed, CV Library, Total Jobs, Google Jobs, and Indeed - as well as with our network of known candidates.  From here, we begin our outreach campaign, identifying candidates whose experience matches your brief. 

Screening & Selection 

We start with pre-screening calls to confirm interest and suitability, then invite shortlisted candidates for a deeper interview with us - either face-to-face or via Teams.  We explore their experience in detail, ensuring they align with your business, culture, and expectations. 

Shortlist & Interview Support 

You’ll receive a shortlist of fully qualified, pre-vetted candidates.  We’ll coordinate the interview process and can support you in building out interview questions tailored to each stage - helping you get the most from every conversation. 

Offer & Onboarding 

We’ll guide you through the decision-making process, manage the offer, and support the candidate through resignation and onboarding.  We stay in touch throughout their first few months to ensure a smooth transition - and step in if any issues arise.

 

Our Guarantee 

We stand by our work.  Every placement comes with a 12-week guarantee - if things don’t work out, you’ll receive a sliding scale rebate or we’ll run the full process again - It is extremely important to us that you understand we care about our relationships and that we value your business.

Although we are extremely adaptable, we understand each client is unique and at a different stage of their journey.

 

Typically we recruit for our clients through one of the following offerings:

Retained Search - We support businesses with Senior/Executive Recruitment using our retained search model, benefiting from an extended 6 month guarantee period and additional market mapping, our clients can confidently leave it to the experts.

Contingent Recruitment - Committed to getting your recruitment right? With an upfront commitment fee this reduces the overall fee that you pay for your recruitment.  Ultimately you have a role that you are looking to fill... partner with the right consultant, trust that the role is going to be recruited to the highest standard, show your commitment to the process with a small portion of the fee paid upfront and your fee will be significantly reduced. 

Our Subscription Model - Are you going to be hiring more than 10 + roles this year?  If so, our subscription model will substantially reduce the cost of your recruitment with the option to spread the payments over 6,9 or 12 months.
