The Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our technical operations, supporting maintenance activities, projects, engineering teams, and customers across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing hardware and software support to engineers and customers
Managing and escalating technical support tickets
Creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation
Managing customer software images and build configurations
Delivering training and onboarding for engineering teams
Supporting customer projects and technical escalations
Attending customer sites to validate processes and provide technical expertise

What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from candidates with experience in technical support, IT services, field engineering, service delivery, or similar technical environments.
You'll ideally have:
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Experience using ticketing systems and structured support processes
A high level of attention to detail when creating documentation
The ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in IT maintenance services, image build management, engineer training, or documentation management would be highly advantageous.
