Will there be a cap on salary?
Yes, to ensure we are fair and transparent; salaries between £50 - 70k will have a premium added on.
Does this still include a rebate?
We will provide a 4 week, free replacement period.
What if you are unable to fill a vacancy?
The vacancy will be escalated to a Talent Director, active consultation with you or brought forward for another role.
Will we always work with the same Talent Partner?
Yes. You get one committed expert who knows your people, culture and expectations inside out.
What if we don’t hire all 10 roles?
Any ‘slots’ not used will not be rolled over, but we will actively track and report throughout the year. Also worth noting - with the pricing set as it is - 10 vacancies on our subscription model is the equivalent of 5 vacancies on an agencies contingency model with an average introduction fee.
